Delete account & data
How to request deletion of your TN Shop account and related data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- 1Open the TN Shop appLog in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Go to the “Me” tabTap “Delete account”.
- 3Read & confirmEnter your password and tick “I understand my account will be permanently deleted”.
- 4Deleted after 24 hoursLog in again within 24 hours if you want to cancel.
What is deleted and what is kept
Applies to user accounts (staff, technicians, owners). The store's business data is managed by the store owner.

How it works
- Request · immediately
In the app, or on the web with your login phone number.
- Verify · immediately
In the app: enter your password. On the web: enter the OTP sent to the account's email. The store owner is notified at the same time.
- 24-hour wait · can be cancelled
You are signed out of all devices. Log in again within 24 hours to cancel the request.
- Automatic deletion · after 24 hours
The system deletes the account and sends a confirmation; it cannot be recovered.
Before you delete: if you are holding collected cash or have unfinished on-site jobs, hand them over to the store owner. If you only want to stop notifications or pause your account, contact the store owner instead. See also the Privacy Policy.
