- Location is recorded only when a technician taps Check-in / Complete; there is no background tracking.
- A store's customer data belongs to that store; we process it on the store's instructions.
- You can view, edit and delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time.

1. Scope & roles
This policy explains how Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa processes personal data when you use TN Shop (web, mobile apps and the public lookup pages), in compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 2025 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.

3. Purposes of processing
- Providing features: sales, inventory, repairs, warranty, on-site jobs, reports, messaging.
- Authenticating logins, enforcing permissions, detecting unusual access.
- Sending operational notifications (new tickets, quote approvals, assigned jobs).
- Letting stores' customers look up repair and warranty tickets with a ticket code or phone number.
- Technical support, backups and incident recovery; anonymous statistics to improve the product.
We do not sell personal data and do not use stores' customer data for advertising.
4. Legal basis & consent
We process data on the basis of: your consent when you register and use the app; performance of the service contract with the Store; and our legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time (for example by turning off location or camera permissions in your phone settings), in which case some features will not work. The Store is responsible for obtaining its customers' consent before entering their data into TN Shop.

Service providers may only process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Storage location & cross-border transfer
Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam. Where data is transferred abroad, we carry out the impact assessment and procedures required by Vietnamese law.

8. Your rights
Under personal data protection law, you have the right to:
Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within the statutory time limit. For a store's customer data, please contact the store directly; we will assist the store in fulfilling your request.
9. Security measures
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS); passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by anyone.
- Role-based permissions; each store's data is isolated.
- Daily backups and monitoring for unusual access.
- Staff access data only when needed for support, and such access is logged.
11. Children
TN Shop is business software and is not directed at children under 16. Stores do not issue accounts to anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
When we make changes, we update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
